Cryptic Cubes
for Dividing Polynomials by Monomials

See Cryptic Cubes
for directions on making cubes for algebraic practice.

Using cubes for dividing polynomials by monomials:
1. Prepare two cubes -- one cube will contain polynomial expressions and the other will contain monomial expressions.  (Stay with the same variable for all of the expressions.)
2.
Inform students of the directions:
Roll the two cubes, record the polynomial from the blue cube and the monomial from the green cube.  Divide the polynomial by the monomial and record the answer.

3. Possible expressions for the cubes:

Blue Cube - cut, fold, and tape.

Green Cube - cut, fold, and tape.
