Part A and B-1 consist of multiple choice questions. Part B-2
consists of mixed format questions including multiple choice,
short answer, and a graph. Part C consists of free-response
questions which may include short answers or essay questions. Part
D consists of questions based on the laboratory skills (including
the required state labs) and
includes mixed format questions.
| Biology Regents
Exams issued prior to June 2001 under the older Biology curriculum
contained multiple-choice question items much like the ones found
on the current exam. These older exams may still be used to review
for the new Living Environment Regents Examinations.
